The overall experience was a bit frustrating. It was frustrating because I couldn't call the place myself. I had to go through you guys. The place we settled on, though is quite nice. The rooms are clean. The people are very friendly. The only complaint is they keep it very cold in the common areas and they said that's mainly for the staff. But the staff aren't the ones that are paying. So my brother won't go to any of the activities like bingo or crafts or anything like that because of the cold temperatures. And h…

The Pros... everyone in our family feels the staff has been amazing. Mom is very pleased with the food. We are happy with the size of the room for the money. The location is excellent! The Cons... because this is an older facility, signs of age appear here and there. Her fridge was older and did not work so it had to be replaced. The other units have a counter/ microwave holding area that she did not get. There is a slight draft around her air conditioner. But that is about all I can say on the cons side. [name r…

They made a really tough move much easier. Mom notices that all the staff and managers go the extra mile with a smile and says you can tell that they really like working there. Also, she has made friends and enjoyed the daily activities.

The biggest problem was definitely the food quality. If they got that issue fixed, it is a place that I would recommend.
