PositiveSo far we would rate them all a 5. Everyone here has been great and we are very happy with the facilities. It was a great move for us We have a 2 bedroom apartment one bedroom of which we are using as an office/ all purpose room. Amenities are fine, gym, nice eating area with very friendly staff, woodworking group which I have joined and other offered activities which are available if interested.

PositiveThey provided personalized attention to his needs. They truly treated him as if he was gonna live there full-time forever. We were a very involved family! But it never felt like we were doing too much or being unreasonable. They were really engaging with him with conversation and we're very pleasant in all their interactions. There wasn't anybody that my dad did not like.

PositiveI would write the Fountains a five on all of the above. I cannot really speak on quality of care since I'm in independent. But all of the other categories are as about as perfect as you can get in senior living. This is one of the few facilities where lifestyles are separated. Independent is split between two buildings and assisted living and memory care are in another building. Therefore everyone is never all together. It has it's good and it's bad because of this, but for me it's great.

PositiveThe Fountains is a wonderful place for my mom to live, especially now that she is in the Assisted Living building. She receives excellent care. The administrator is wonderful to work with, as is the head nurse. I have such peace of mind knowing she is being so kindly cared for here. Anyone you need to talk to is easily available, and listens to concerns. The menus are varied, healthy and fun. My mom absolutely loves the food at the Fountains! She says the food is great!
