PositiveOverall, I would give them a five. They were very careful to keep [name removed]protected and taken care of. Whenever we wanted to take her out, they were very helpful and took care of her when she got back.

PositiveThe other residents there have become her friends and family. The workers don't treat her like she is looked in a cage as she is free to roam about. They often have snacks, and show movies. Westerns even. But the highlight of the week is coloring with color pencils, and oh my God - Bingo. Nothing tops Bingo!

PositiveAt first had a hard time getting responses and help But overall everything has been good except for the Problems in the beginning. The food seems phenomenal and A good variety of food I And my brother likes It and that's what counts. Hopefully He can do more activities. He's just getting there. The place is very nice, clean and attentive. People nice. To Finally have people that care and or helping My brother out is really good and they're doing well. And he's getting better.

PositiveWhat we like the most about the Oaks is how kind they were to my mom. Her room was always clean. The food tasted good. They could improve on the music ., it was always a little loud and not from my mom's era.. too current music .. the residents spent a good bit of time just sitting and being bored., but they did do some fun things with them.
