PositiveFacility is renovated and very nice. Rooms are spacious. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We didn't get enough information going in though. It would have been great if they had a welcome package that indicated who to contact for certain things as well as how to get things like repairs etc. accomplished. Procedures would have been nice.
