Of all the homes, this was the cheapest but turned out to be the best on every level. Highly recommend

Food is great, the tone set by the director is positive (she begs residents to come complain to her so she can fix the issue immediately), and there are so many events in a day my mother is exhausted by 7 p.m. The staff is the best! They go out of their way every day. This was the only place that we could afford and it turned out to be the best there was!

The Lodge saved us.

First of all, the Lodge's administer, [name removed], is fantastic. We brought my mom there a dozen times before we decided to move her in. And each time, [name removed] let me eat free so I could hang with my mother and make sure she fit in to the community. There was no storage available but [name removed] let us put some boxes in the attic anyway until my mother could go through them. Seniors and famiies beware

If I could give negative stars to rate this company, I would. Artegan purchased the Lodge in Sisters, OR, in the fall of [date removed]. My mother moved in in [date removed], with assurances that when her funds were depleted, she would be able to stay on Medicaid. In [date removed] a letter was sent to residents and families informing us that the facility would no longer provide (any) medical assistance and was giving up its license effective in [date removed]. New community, great people, great food, great location!

I have been to this community several times. It is located in the small town of Sisters, Oregon. (Near Redmond and Bend). The building is brand new in 2019. It has a wonderful lodge feel. The City of Sister really is an amazing location for a community like this. Sister is a picturesque small town that reminds me of a much simpler Central Oregon. The Lodge in Sisters- 5 stars on food, staff and location.

I have met with the staff and found them to be wonderful. The facility is brand new, single level and very bright. The food from the Grand Opening was amazing. Their chef was preparing all the food on site. If this is any indication of the quality, the meals are going to be first rate. The layout is single level with easy access to the outdoors. This may be one of the top facilities in Central Oregon. The town of Sister's is incredibly charming and reminds me of what Central Oregon was like 50 years ago.
