Review for The Oaks

The overall experience at the Oaks has been good. The staff have been attentive and responsive to Mom's needs. As she has been ill, staff have been bringing meals to Mom's room. She seems to be enjoying most of the prepared meals and there are several choices for each of the three meals served daily. The residents are kind and welcoming and there are many daily activities. Mom has housekeeping service weekly. Her bed is remade with clean linens and clean towels are placed in the bathroom. She has a studio apartmen

Fire alarm went off at least 4 times lasting at least 5 minutes with no explanation from management. Room A/C registers barely worked with moldy smell. Humidity in apartment at

Review for The Oaks

The staff and residents are very kind and welcoming. Some of the residents are ambassadors that help new residents get to know the facility and get acclimated much faster. That really helped my dad get more comfortable faster.

[name removed] gave us a tour of the facility. She was so kind and helpful. She explained things, showed us around, introduced us to others, and hosted us for lunch. It is a clean, bright and lovely place. I felt welcome and I think anyone would be happy there!

The Oaks experience

I honestly did not know you could get a place like the Oaks. It has been the best place for myself and my sister. I would definitely rate all of those qualities,5. The managers and assistant managers go out of their way to make us feel at home. Yes, I would recommend this community to others, and I do
