My experience here has caused many emotions and questions. Staff is strongly helpful and the dinning room excellent. It's an old building and requires lots of ongoing repair... which has not been done in a timely manner. The people are wonderful here and we all look out for each other. The executive director has been most honorable to attempting to make the Palms a number one site. She cares about all things happening. Here and wants a number 1 place. She is to be admired. Love the size of the villa. Had a difference of opinion about "Deep Clean". Food is good, most staff is extremely friendly, haven't tried any activities yet.

[name removed] helped me through everything. My mother was supposed to go to the [community removed], when that closed I was back at square one, with y'all's help and [name removed] I was able to get my mother in with no issues.
