Neighbors are all great and so friendly to each other. I can only speak for the cottages. The memory care facility is separate. Food is available for purchase, but most residents don't order any from there as they cook or go out to eat at the many local choices nearby. Most activities are generated by the residents. The new owners are very open to suggestions and feedback. The pool is well maintained but only open and heated in the summer.

I moved into Phoenix at Dallas a few months ago. I've been nothing but pleased with the community, comradarie of the tenants and the entire facility. Having been a homeowner most of my life, I was ready for a change. No more landscaping or maintenance issues to worry about. Plenty of activities to participate in, if you choose to do so, including bingo, water aerobics and outings to local tourist sites. There are pot luck lunches and everyone is so friendly.
