CriticalSweet staff but not a fit for those who want tasty food and adequate security
I moved him away from there within a month. The ED was fired a few days after we arrived so the Wellness Director was doing multiple jobs. The STAFF is great but the FOOD is HORRENDOUS. There is also NO WAY to contact the staff on duty after reception leaves. If you call in after hours, it will ring a few times and the call drops. They never could get simple cable hooked up for him but also would not call in a tech for this. But, if someone wants to sneak into the side lobby door, that can be done as it is LEF…

PositiveMy sister and I toured The Reserve in looking for a place for our mom. The staff was so friendly and we felt welcomed the minute we stepped in the door. Some of the residents were in the dining room eating lunch. They all seemed so happy and were very friendly.
