Urgent: Serious concerns regarding resident safety and neglect

I am deeply concerned about the quality of care at The Springs of Scottsdale. While staff members [Names Removed] are excellent and treat my grandmother with the dignity she deserves, the conduct of [Name removed] is completely unacceptable. I am livid at the neglect my grandmother has faced under[Name Removed] watch. She has denied my grandmother basic assistance, including ignoring a call button and leaving her in soiled clothing. When I asked why she wasn't brought lunch, I was told she couldn't have it in her …

I really liked the. springs. Everything was very good: the food. the people, the staff. Who or what am I forgetting). I really enjoyed myself.

Great experience, friendly staff and residents, good value.

Staff has been fantastic, food is great with lots of choices, very good dining room hours, variety of activities. Newly remodeled building and everything is so clean. All of the residents seem very nice and welcoming! Also feel it's a good value for the money. These places are expensive or dumpy and this one is nice and the cost is not out of hand for what you're getting.

Pros and cons

We chose The Springs of Scottsdale because of the proximity to family & friends in Scottsdale area & value proposition. Messages left for management via whomever answer the phone are not often returned. 2nd calls and emails often not returned.
