I am deeply concerned about the quality of care at The Springs of Scottsdale. While staff members [Names Removed] are excellent and treat my grandmother with the dignity she deserves, the conduct of [Name removed] is completely unacceptable. I am livid at the neglect my grandmother has faced under[Name Removed] watch. She has denied my grandmother basic assistance, including ignoring a call button and leaving her in soiled clothing. Staff has been fantastic, food is great with lots of choices, very good dining room hours, variety of activities. Newly remodeled building and everything is so clean. All of the residents seem very nice and welcoming! Also feel it's a good value for the money. These places are expensive or dumpy and this one is nice and the cost is not out of hand for what you're getting.
