CriticalIt was alright upper management in the facility were nice but the staff who are day to day helping our loved ones aren't getting enough it seem like everyone was rushing and no had anytime for anyone and it didn't seem like there were enough staff for that facility it seems understaffed and a toxic facility for residents and staff.

My friend who lives there said that the food is mid. She wishes they weren't as short staffed so that when any staff personnel call out sick she can get services she needs more on time. She also nice it is the nicest looking facility she has stayed including the room she has. She is bedridden, so she hasn't been able to do any of the activities.

I rate all categories a 5. She received a lot of attentive care. The food was excellent for a facility such as this. This is by far the best facility I have been in. I have been in more expensive and well-appointed places, but this far and away met all my picky expectations in terms of staffing, knowledgeable nurses, activities and dietary variety.
