★★★★★
PositiveThe facility was very clean and the staff was attentive and very caring. My mom passed away in her room. One of her caretakers called me the next morning to give condolences. I never heard from anyone else. I finally emailed a formal notice to the director giving termination of the lease. I found it odd to never receive a card or phone call from any member of management.

CriticalThey present at the tour much better than they perform in reality. I would never again put a loved one into a facility that doesn't have fall cameras and also doesn't provide residents with pendants to call for help.
★★★★★
PositiveWhat we like the most about the Wildcat Senior Living community is that It's bright and cheerful and very clean. The staff is very caring

★★★★★
CriticalTo me they were a glorified babysitter and did not know how to handle sun downing patients. My mother had bruises and skin tears on both forearms. ( restraining?) EMS was called at least 4 times when she had sun downing episodes of agitation. I would not recommend this facility
★★★★★
PositiveWildcat is a great Memory Care facility. [name removed], Wildcat Executive Director, is experienced, most caring, patient, and professional. As is her staff.
