PositiveWe pass by it weekly, but were unaware of it's all-inclusive common sense amenities until A Place For Mom contacted me. The facility has great reviews, so we booked a tour. [name removed] came outside and greeted my mom before she got to the door. (It was very apparent that this gentleman was raised right.) He gave us our tour. The facility is very clean, bright and cheery, very well decorated and thoughtfully designed for it's specific patrons. The staff are very nice and attentive to the residents, and treat the …

PositiveWillow Creek is a beautiful building. The staff that we met in our 3 visits over several months were very friendly and helpful. We like that there are managers living in the building. We witnessed fun activities. The residents were all very positive when we asked for their opinion of the place. My mother-in-law was very pleased. She also liked the 24/7 soft serve ice cream and the theater room.

PositiveI can say again our interaction at Willow Creek was great. It was a very positive experience and staff were extremely supportive and helpful. I had to move dad to NC where I live and placed him 3 months ago into a nursing home due to decline in his health. He's doing good at the long term care at the nursing facility. Thanks again for your assistance in finding options for my dad.

CriticalFood was horrible very slow to serve. The food took an hour and a half almost every meal. Cleaning the room was minimal, did not do well. Size of the facility the room was small for the price paid . Staff was excellent very kind and helped anyway they could, but we're understaffed and unable to do all needed . A place she is now located is more than $[removed] cheaper and much more room and, entire kitchen, bedroom, as opposed to a studio!

PositiveI find Willow Creek is the place I’ve been looking for to spend my declining years. Right now I don’t need all the services they offer but when the time comes the facility is equipped to meet the needs of any homebound person. So far, the staff and residents have been welcoming and friendly. The building itself does not look so industrial and the environment inside and outside are very becoming, well decorated, spacious, and clean. If all goes well, it’s the best place in the area to spend my aging years..

PositiveMy mom seems to be adjusting, the staff were extremely helpful when she first moved in and that helped a lot. They buddied her up with several residents to help her learn the ropes. I believe she is beginning to actually enjoy some aspects of living at Willow Creek. A big adjustment for sure but she's doing well.
